Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kombi ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Valux Studio may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kombi for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

Virtual Currency

Kombi includes virtual coins and other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., Google Play refund policy).

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass other players or post offensive content through share features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Kombi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valux Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kombi, including loss of data, Virtual Items, or profits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kombi at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel.
